Tamil desktop calendar; get it locally!

AarthiSneha_SelvamIf you want a useful calendar on your desk at home, a calendar that gives you personalised info and keeps to the Tamil year cycle, here is one.

Aarthi Sneha, with support from her husband, a IT professional has produced this little calendar from their place off West K K Nagar.

The desk calendar of 12 sheets covers the Chithirai to Panguni cycle, hghlights the dates as per the Tamil calendar, marks out days like prodosham and such religious days of the cycle, highlights the rahu kalam, etc and even mentions which days are celebrated for the gods in a weekly cycle.

The duo had sampled this product last year. Following positive feedback, they produced the new one quickly and are now hoping people will order copies for themselves and gift it to friends.

How is this calendar different from the daily date tear-off wall calendars that are also popular?

The duo say theirs focuses first on the Tamil cycle and is easy to refer on the desk. They say that it will find more takers down south where people go by the Tamil cycle.

The calendar costs Rs.150.

If you want to buy a copy write to – Plot 86, 4th Street, Annai Satya Nagar, Ramapuram, Chennai 89.
