Planets is theme of Chinmaya Vidyalaya’s kolu
Its Navarathri festival time and Chinmaya Vidyalaya Senior Secondary School, Chinmaya Nagar – Stage II, is celebrating Navarathri in a colorful manner as per tradition. The theme of this year’s kolu is Celebration of Our Planetary System in relation with the Navagrahas.
This was a note on that kolu the school shared – according to the Vedas, the planets are God’s instruments by which He operates the laws of karma. The depiction of the planets to a specific vibratory frequency, colour, subtle element, geometric form and even a personality type is the significance of this year’s kolu. In Indian Astrology movement of the Navagrahas is considered to have a major role in influencing the fortunes of the individual.
As an added treat there is also a tableaux showcasing our favourite city “Namma Chennai”.
