New apartments open for rent in Vadapalani

If you are looking to rent brand new apartments in the Arcot Road area, there are a lot of rentals out in the open. This follows the completion of a string of large apartment blocks by an array of builders.
The sprawling estate of blocks promoted by Appaswamy Builders in Vadapalani is now open for occupation.
Not all who own the flats here want to move in. For many this is an investment. Hence, there is a flurry of rentals at this estate.
Similarly, new flats are open for rentals in Virugambakkam and in K K Nagar. Owners of the flats in the posh Ceebros-built Shymala Gardens are still looking for clients.
Rents range from Rs.15,000 to Rs.10,000 per month.
Brokers say that not all the flats are renting out in a jiffy considering that the money market is tight. But others say these are great rentals for people who need to access the city centre. Vadapalani and Saligramam are central though the traffic crawls at most parts of the day.
