Chinmaya Vidyalaya’s Lakshana wins PC for her art
Reported by Chinmaya Vidyalaya / VirugambakkamIt was a day of “dreams turning real” for the school students of the Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Virugambakkam, when they received the coveted prizes for the creativity they displayed in designing “My Dream Home”.
XS Real, a builder conducted a drawing competition for school students of class VIII and IX in and around Virugambakkam.
Among the 10 schools Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Virugambakkam bagged the 1st prize.
M.Lakshna of Class VIII won a Dell Laptop as the 1st Prize, scoring 92 out of 100 points.
V. Mona of class VIII won a Ladybird bicycle and 3 students won GK books and 5 students won gift hampers from XS Real.
Suresh and Balaji of XS Real distributed the prizes.
“It was indeed a day of real happiness. I did not think of getting the 1st prize but now it gives me a real boost to think of realizing my dreams through art”, says Lakshana.
