Volunteers clean Ashok Nagar temple

Loka Dharma Seva Foundation Trust organized the monthly ‘uzhavara pani event at Sri Nagaththamman Temple, ( on P. T. Rajan Salai, Kamarajar Salai junction, K K Nagar) in Ashok Nagar.

It was held on July 11.

The temple priest took an active part in supporting this act.

Walls and floors were scrubbed and washed, so were the accessories used for the rituals and even a kolam was drawn at the entrance.
Lunch and tea was provided to the volunteers.
This is part of the monthly temple cleaning event of Amman temples around Chennai during the year 2010
