Tamil discourses on 12th Chapter of the Bhagavad Gita: K K Nagar

Reported by Anand Jayaraj

Swami Guruparananda will commence his Tamil discourses on the 12th Chapter of the Bhagavad Gita, viz., Bhakti Yoga or the Yoga of Devotion, from Sunday, August 9.

He will talk on the subject every Sunday, from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm, at Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan, Alagirisamy Road, K. K. Nagar.

Swami Guruparananda is a traditional teacher of Vedanta coming under the lineage of Swami Dayananda Saraswati. He has been teaching the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads, in Chennai for the last sixteen years.

He translates every sloka word by word, from Sanskrit to Tamil, and elucidates the texts in a simple language that can be easily understood even by those who have just begun their study of Vedanta.
