New menu at Green Park’s restaurant

chefAs he finalises the menu at ‘Once Upon A Time’ restaurant for a grand relaunch at Hotel Green Park, its Master Chef Amsa Raju promises that his fine dining offer will expand by adding an international dimension to the existing hot favourites.

Delicacies on offer include Shorba, a broth, a thin soup in two variations – Tamatar Dhaniya Shorba, a spicy blend of tomatoes & coriander and Murgh Pudina Shorba, a rich chicken stock flavored with mint.

Chef Amsa has hit upon a novel recipe to roast whole Pomfret Fish in the clay oven, imparting a smoky flavor.

The best choice is Green Park’s specialty Dum Biryani, the aromatic basmati delicately dum cooked with tender meat, spices and yoghurt.

The at-site-counter will allow diners to see the Chef in action, tossing up a mélange of herb flavored pastas.

The choice of South East include Roasted Lamb Peking Style, the Szechwan Chili Squid and Pad Thai i.e. Thai noodles in sweet n’ sour sauce.

Says Krishna Kumar Menon, the Senior General Manager, “Quick service concept blended with finesse of restaurant etiquette and great value for money pricing of menu selections that are healthy, nutritious and authentic in taste”.

Hotel Green Park is at No.183, NSK Salai, Vadapalani. Phone: 66515151
