PSBB students focus on environment for Project Day

Students of Classes VI to XII of PSBB School, K K Nagar recently presented a project on the theme – Education through Environment.

Dr Nanditha Krishna, Hony. Director of The C. P. Ramaswamy Iyer Foundation in Alwarpet, presided and delivered the inaugural address.

Every department at this campus displayed working models, exhibits, charts and display cards on topics related to the environment.

A tryst with nature, nature the teacher, values of nature, power of nature, living in unison with nature, learning @environment – these were some of the topics chosen to explain the theme by the students with support from their teachers.

There were projects that related yoga and science and math, math and the human body and math, commerce and nature!

A sound and light show themed ‘Spectacular Spectrum’ was also part of the project.

Dr S Krishnaswamy, documentary film maker, and Mohana Krishnaswamy, chairperson, Krishnaswamy Associates which makes docus and ad films, were the guests at the valedictory function of the three day long educational project.
