Shoppers Stop lifestyle store opens in Saligramam

The Ceebros complex on Arcot Road on what used to be once Shyamala Studios in Saligramam rises into the skies. It is next to AVM’s Avichi School here.
Now, Shoppers Stop, with its gigantic posters of fashionable models and big blurbs makes the place swank and smart.
And yet, from the busy road the place seems to distant. The little temple along the wall seems more quiet.
This new store is awaiting all the shoppers of this area.
It had a soft opening a little over a month ago and save for the small rush on weekends, SS as we wish to call this place waits patiently for its customers.
You need to climb 2 stages of stairs before you glide into the cool, swank interior of Floor One.
This place looks like a fashion Disneyland! So much colour, design, sections and stuff.
Footwear, wrist watches and eye coolers for men on one side, the same for women on the other.┬áThe rest of the sprawling floor is for women – clothes, formal and informal, of known, less known and bigtime brands.
Theres a lot to check out here.
Leather goods and personal accessories and lifestyle musts – the variety is vast.
And if you go there now, you will have the best time as a shopper. Don’t worry if some assistants look bored; they haven’t got the crowd yet!
On Floor Two is the spread for men – Tees, formal shirts and trousers, sportswear, ties, belts and all the fashion stuff. US Polo, Switcher, Louis Philipe, Arrow, Wrangler, Zodiac and Z3 . . .
On the other side is a nice section for all accessories for the kitchen – containers, microwave boxes, cups and saucers and plates, napkins . . .
A section for toddlers and infants also stocks some great stuff and from known brands.
A few promos ( we heard a deal on used salwar sets being promoted on the internal radio channel – they played good old hits!) are now on at SS. There is a card for shoppers that promise more offers.
