Handson science, tech course for teens on April 5 in K K Nagar

ThinkDiff S’kool in K K Nagar is organising programmes/workshops to promote hands-on and experiential learning in science, technology, engineering and math.

In order to help children to participate in the world’ s prestigious Science Fairs to present their ideas and projects, it has organised a two – hour workshop now.

ThinkDiff S’kool (After School STEM Learning Center) in association with IRIS (Initiative for Research & Innovation in Science), an Intel Education Initiative is organizing this workshop on “Preparation of Science and Engineering Projects: Innovative and Conceptive Methods”

It is on April 5. Timing: Batch I – 10am to 12 noon & Batch II – 1 to 3 pm

The program is for students of Class V to XII and their parents. Coordinators from IRIS would be conducting the workshop

You will get to learn more about Intel’s International Science & Engineering Fair, the essential elements of research based, idea driven projects and ideas for award- winning projects in science & Engineering

The Department of Science & Technology (DST), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Intel have come together to create “Initiative for Research and Innovation in Science” (IRIS) a platform that empowers the next generation of innovators.

IRIS promotes and nurtures science and scientific research amongst young Indian innovators. IRIS provides guidance and support to young geniuses to participate in Intel’s International Science & Engineering Fair, (Intel(r) ISEF), USA.
