Pawn-broker’s murder; police have small clues

Police are working on a few clues that will help them crack the case of the murder of a pawn broker that took place on Deepavali day at his shop on Reddy Street, Virugambakkam. They say they have some hazy images recorded by a CCTV cam of a neighboring shop in which a couple of men are seen getting off a bike and later, a car stopping by and some men getting in.

Police seem to have come to a dead end while looking at the receipts of business made by the pawn broker that day – two documents had addresses that seemed to be faked.
